Match report The firsts travelled to St Osyth looking to record an eighth straight victory against a side that have only one once this season. At tea time it seemed as though the game was going to go with form as St Osyth were bowled out for 107, Luke Conway 4 for 5, and James Tilsley 3 for 17, the architects of a dramatic collapse as Osyth lost their last five wicket without adding a run. However, Mersea found batting equally difficult, with only Tilsley (21), Luke Conway and Chris Rayner reaching double figures as they were bowled out for 93 and a shock defeat by 14 runs.
