Match report Half the team for the last home TC match for the first team were making their debut, with six guests playing. Mersea batted first and made a useful start through skipper Luke Conway (52 from 29 balls) and Digs Taylor. Chris Rayner continued the fluency of the innings with 42, as did guests Rabici Lesuma (61no) and Prayash Ganhesalingah (56 from 37 balls) as Mersea posted 298 for 4. In reply, another debutant Ryan Davies (4 for 25) ended the game as a contest as the visitors slumped to 28 for 5. Prayash also weighed in with figures of 4 for 25 as SUdbury were bowled out for 115.
