Match report The Two Counties first eleven entertained a youthful Felixstowe Corinthians on the 17th May, and after electing to bat found themselves in trouble early on in the innings at 11 for 2. James Tilsley (36) and David Taylor got the side out of trouble putting on 89 for the third wicket. Taylor went on to score the first century of the season scoring 109, as Mersea went on to post 249 for 9. Mersea then hustled out the visitors for just 36, to complete a comprehensive 213 run victory. Luke Bruce with a career best 6 for 12 was the stand out performer with the ball.
