Match report On Bank Holiday Monday the Two Counties First Eleven were back in action with their first ever match against Melton St Audreys. Batting first ten man Mersea were bowled out for a mediocre 156, Jon O’Regan top scoring with an unbeaten 55. The visitors comfortably chased down the target in 36 overs for the loss of just four wickets, Chris Graham claiming two of the four wickets to fall including a tremendous catch by newcomer Liam O’Neill. Mick Utting’s 80 at the top of the order for Melton was the biggest difference between the sides.
